If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data processed by New Wave AI, you may do so by contacting us directly.
Please include the following information in your request:
Your full name
Your phone number and/or email address associated with the data
A brief description of your request
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
New Wave AI may process data both for its own operations and on behalf of business clients using its services. In some cases, we may need to coordinate deletion requests with the relevant client or service environment where the data was collected or stored.
